Return, Refund & Exchange

 Kindly note that every purchase done via Love, Tahanee is final. We do not accept any return,refund or exchange requests except: 

• Goods received is defective cause solely by us
• Goods received is incorrect

 To be eligible for above request, submission of request shall be made in [3] calendar days. Items should also be in the same condition when received; unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

 Kindly insert proof via pictures to expedite your case. Your request will be processed in 48-72 hours. An e-mail will be sent to you once your request is approved/rejected. Once your request is approved, returning of good shall be made within 3 days. Kindly note that we have every right to reject/refuse any return/exchange without any confirmation from our side.

Exchange of size

Unfortunately, we do not allow exchange of size. Kindly refer to sizing chart carefully before purchasing. 1-2cm length deviation from measurement chart is normal and not considered as defect.
